Use the custodian that matches the Sherman County record:
- Court case files: use Sherman County criminal court cases or contact the Circuit Court clerk
- Criminal histories and rap sheets: apply through Oregon State Police CJIS
- Arrest reports: contact the Sherman County Sheriff's Office or the agency that made the arrest
- Booking and custody records: contact NORCOR Adult Corrections
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Set-aside motions: file with the court required by ORS 137.225
